Mattel planed to release a series of toys for the set RADIATOR SPRINGS from the movie CARS at Disney 23 Expo.

Radiator Spring is a town in dessert where Lightening McQueen visited in the first movie. We separated the work by each building. There were 12 buildings total to design and fabricate. I was in charge of designing the Court House, East Old Town, West Old Town, Ramon, Cars Museum, Medical Clinic and Stanley Statue.

I went to Disneyland to site visit and watched the clips from the movie CARS as a reference. Based on those references,  I 3D modeled each building in Rhino and Z-brush. I then sent all the parts to 3D printing and then assisted the fabrication team in the assembly and finalizing the details.
